There’s a 30 ft heated saltwater pool , known for being gentler on the eyes and skin due to lower chlorine levels. Saltwater systems are also safer, avoiding harsh chemicals. Plus, there are pool noodles and toys in the chest next to the pool. Key amenities include freshly renovated bathrooms, an outdoor BBQ grill, and a Tesla charging station, adding layers of convenience to your stay. If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $50/night fee. The Neighborhood: The Southend is the "new" hot neighborhood along West Palm Beach's waterfront. Lovingly nicknamed "SoSo" (South of Southern) West Palm Beach, the neighborhood runs from Southern Blvd to the Canal, before West Palm Beach becomes Lake Worth, along Flagler Dr west to South Dixie. The Southend or SoSo, was mainly built in the 40's and 50's and features many "ranch" style concrete block homes from that era, a good amount of mid-century modern, and then a diverse architecture list from there - everything from ultra modern to Mediterranean. The area has become very popular with many homes being renovated as great restaurants and shops open along the Dixie corridor. Just a short walk to the Intracoastal has always been a highlight and draw of the neighborhood, as many residents walk and bike (or walk their dogs) up and down Flagler Drive along the waterway. Other Things to Note: Dogs younger than 1 year are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of Rove (hidden). Cats are not permitted at this home. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental Agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $150 charge per stay. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. Security Deposit Policy: A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team....

How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
